Hi, I’m Sharon

I know it can be hard to open up to a complete stranger, so I want to let you know a bit more about me, who I am and why I can be the right Coach or Bowen therapist for you…

Who is Sharon?

Why choose me as a coach?

I am constantly pushing myself to expand my depth of knowledge of coaching. This has led me to achieve the status of a fully qualified ACC coach through the ICF (International coaching federation) recognised as one of the best coaching bodies globally. I have also trained many individuals and leaders to coach throughout my career and updated this training recently by attending   ‘Train the Coach’ by Heidrick and Struggles.

Beyond these qualifications I have learnt to help others through the lessons I have learnt personally. I have faced challenges in my career and personal life. I have had that stuck feeling not knowing where I should go next, making mistakes along the way. Every time it is coaching that has helped me to bounced back full force and take opportunities I could have never dreamt of before.

Coaching helped me question parts of my life and behaviour that were uncomfortable, analysing my strengths and diving deep into who I really was, not only as an employee but also as a friend, a parent, and an individual.

Why choose me as a Bowen Therapist?

As a Bowen Therapists I aim to identifying and address the underlying causes of discomfort to restore symmetry and balance with minimal intervention. I really listen to what your body is telling me it needs. Remarkably, most clients experience significant, lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing after just one to three sessions, testament to the gentle effectiveness of Bowen Therapy.  This therapy is conducted with the utmost respect for your comfort, requiring no disrobing and performed through light clothing.

So what do you think ?

Are you ready to live your best life?

Let’s go back 25 years. I was in the early stage of my career as a HR & Training professional. I trained to be a coach and this set me on course to have a great career guiding individuals in their life, leadership and career development. I have been fortunate to coach a range of people from all ages, genders, and diversity, helping them to grab hold of their lives and wake up their potential.

Along that journey I discovered Bowen Therapy. It got me back on my feet after suffering the effects of too much hard work and long hours on my body. In 2017 an opportunity came along to train to be a therapist and that’s when I realised that there is a massive link between mind and body and we need to balance both.

Now I am here in 2024, having decided to leave the corporate world to concentrate on my passion for Coaching and Bowen. I have helped hundreds of individuals and I’m ready to help you too.
